Rules for using LoopsKey
These Terms explain how you may access and use LoopsKey, including AI-powered roadmaps, CPD tracking, event discovery, and workforce development tools.
Overview of Services
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the LoopsKey website, platform, applications, and related services. LoopsKey is an AI-powered professional learning and development platform that helps you discover learning opportunities, create learning roadmaps, track CPD/PDU progress, manage certificates, organize calendar items, and maintain professional development records.
LoopsKey is owned and operated by Nexel Chain Inc., a Canadian company. By creating an account or using LoopsKey, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
User Accounts
Some features require an account. You must provide accurate information when creating one, keep your credentials confidential, and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
You are also responsible for keeping your profile, certification, CPD/PDU, and learning activity information accurate and current.
You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country, to use LoopsKey.
Professional Development & CPD/PDU Information
LoopsKey may suggest CPD, PDU, CEU, or other professional development requirements based on publicly available information, information provided by an association, or information you declare yourself.
Confirm with your awarding body
LoopsKey is a tracking and support tool. It does not replace the requirements of your association, licensing body, employer, or certification provider. You are responsible for confirming final requirements with the relevant organization.
Third-Party Events & Content
LoopsKey aggregates courses, events, webinars, workshops, articles, and other resources from third-party providers. We do not author or guarantee the accuracy, quality, or availability of third-party content.
LoopsKey is not responsible for third-party availability, pricing, quality, accreditation, or outcomes unless expressly stated.
Independent providers
Purchases, registrations, and certificates are governed by the third-party provider's own terms. LoopsKey is not a party to those transactions.
AI-Generated Recommendations
Our AI features support keyword extraction, content classification, learning recommendations, roadmap creation, CPD/PDU suggestions, and summaries, based on your profile and goals. These outputs are informational and should not be treated as professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.
Use your judgment
AI outputs may occasionally be incomplete or inaccurate. Always verify critical information before acting on it.
Intellectual Property
LoopsKey, its logo, software, and platform content are owned by Nexel Chain Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for its intended purpose. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute our software.
User Content
You retain ownership of any content you upload, including notes, CPD records, certificates, attendance proof, and other learning documents. By uploading content, you grant LoopsKey a limited license to host, display, and process it solely to provide certificate management, learning activity tracking, and related services.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and store any content you share.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
- Upload malware, scrape data, or attempt to bypass security measures.
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your professional credentials.
- Resell, sublicense, or use the platform to build a competing product.
Subscription & Payments
Some LoopsKey features require payment or a subscription. Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Pricing, billing terms, cancellation rules, and refund policies are provided at the time of purchase where applicable.
You can cancel at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' advance notice.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LoopsKey and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the platform.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid LoopsKey in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Platform Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may suspend the service for scheduled maintenance, security incidents, or circumstances beyond our control.
Account Termination
You may close your account at any time from your settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, misuse the platform, or fail to pay applicable fees.
On termination, your right to use the platform ends immediately, but data export remains available for 30 days.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of London, UK, unless local consumer protection laws require otherwise.
Changes to These Terms
LoopsKey may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms are posted on this page with a revised date. Continuing to use the platform after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
