Where possible, LoopsKey limits the information sent to AI services to the minimum needed for the requested function. You can adjust recommendation preferences or disable personalized suggestions in your account settings at any time.

Your private CPD records, journal entries, and uploaded files are never used to train third-party foundation models.

  • With payment processors, where applicable.
  • With authentication providers, if you choose third-party login.
  • With an organization or association when you authorize or connect it — limited to CPD progress and approved fields.
  • With legal authorities, if required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights and safety of users.
Section 06

Association & Organization Accounts

If you connect your account to an association, employer, licensing body, or organization account, certain progress, CPD/PDU, certificate, or learning activity information may become visible to that organization according to the applicable settings, agreement, or program rules.
