LoopsKey is designed to support professional learning records, certificates, CPD/PDU progress, and user profile information. We understand the importance of protecting this information.
Our Security Approach
LoopsKey aims to protect user information through reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including:
- Secure account access
- Role-based permissions
- Secure data storage
- Limited access to uploaded files
- Responsible third-party service use
- Monitoring and operational controls
- Data minimization where possible
Uploaded Certificates and Proof Files
Users may upload certificates, proof of attendance, or other learning evidence. These files are used to support learning activity records, CPD/PDU tracking, and reporting features.
LoopsKey does not sell uploaded certificate or proof documents.
AI and Data Protection
LoopsKey may use AI services to support features such as keyword extraction, content classification, learning roadmap generation, and recommendations.
Where possible, LoopsKey aims to send only the minimum information needed to perform the requested AI function.
Organization and Association Visibility
If a user is connected to an association, employer, or organization account, certain learning progress or CPD/PDU information may be visible to that organization depending on the program setup, user permission, or applicable agreement.
